Both of these still lifes were created using acrylic paint on a 16x20 canvas. The one on the left is more recent as it was created during the Halloween season, while the one on the right was created in the summer. Though not evident in these still lifes, these paintings are very opposite seasons for me and I appreciate looking at them side by side to see to not only see progress in my painting journey but also appreciate the moment and feelings I felt when creating these pieces.
